Taking influences from the minimalism of Detroit techno and the dancefloor grooves of early house music and disco, Femme En Fourrure make music that is explicitly uncompromising.
Consisting of Juuso and Bianca and hailing from Helsinki, Finland, FEF is an act that emphasizes foremost style in their musical output - and distinguished imagery. Still, they don't wish to take themselves too seriously, and also this is evident in the most important aspect of all. The music.
Minimal yet lush, both airy and bass-heavy, bringing au courant into established, topped with candid sultry lyrics, their tracks induce a force to be reckoned with. World class DJ's such as Brodinski, Sinden, Stretch Armstrong and Edu K are just a few examples of those who have played and embraced the sounds of Femme En Fourrure.
